RETURNS PROCESS & POLICY
Smart Image Workwear are committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, you may return your purchase within 21 days of receipt – WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING – No Questions Asked.
Email email@example.com or call 01772 555295 and speak to the Customer Services Department along with your Sales Order Number to receive your Returns Authorization Number (RAN). You will be responsible for return shipping and you may ship the product back to us using a carrier of your choice.
We do not accept any returns 30 days after the Dispatch Date.
If you believe your package was damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us within 5 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly.
All products requiring an Exchange of goods will receive their Exchange upon receipt of the returned goods and following a QC inspection. Upon approval an Exchange will be shipped within 2-3 working days.
All refund recipients will receive a full refund within 2-3 days of receipt and will receive an email confirmation for their records
